"Donald Monroe Tuttle passed away in his home on January 28, 2007; just 3 days shy of his 90th birthday. He is survived by his wife, Dorothy, to whom he was married 59 years; his sons Ronald, Timothy, and Andrew (Sherry), and grandchildren Adriane Brinkley and Jace.Don was born in Bay City, Michigan where he gained an appreciation for insects at an early age. While attending a YMCA summer camp at age eleven he collected and studied insects for the first time.
